The aims of the Sustainable Development Partnership are to deliver a strategic lead for those issues which impact upon the physical development of the borough and the well-being of citizens, specifically housing, regeneration, transport and the environment. Across these agendas the partnership will consider how development and services can be delivered in a sustainable manner, making prudent use of resources and promoting Lewisham’s economic, social and environmental future. The partnership will provide the forum in which relevant stakeholders and partners agencies can consider how outcomes can be improved through partnership and multi-agency working.
